Leadership Reset Lab™ Participant Agreements

Confidentiality

What is shared in this space stays in this space. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or identifying details outside of the group.

Participation

You are invited to engage at a level that feels right for you. There is no expectation to share more than you’re comfortable with. Listening and reflection are equally valuable.

Respect for the Space

Participants are asked to listen without interruption, allow space for others, and approach conversations with openness and respect.

Presence

Participants are encouraged to arrive on time, minimize distractions, and be as present as possible during each session.

Nature of the Experience

The Leadership Reset Lab is a facilitated group experience designed to support reflection and clarity. It is not therapy or a substitute for professional advice.

Personal Responsibility

Each participant is responsible for how they engage with the experience and what they take from it.

Session Commitment

The experience is designed as a three-session journey. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions as they are able.
