Step 01. Book Your Strategy Conversation

We start with a focused Leadership Strategy Conversation — a pre-session call where we clarify your priorities, the terrain you’re navigating, and what a successful day looks like for you. This shapes everything.

Step 02. Customized Preparation

Based on our conversation, I’ll design your day specifically around your challenges, your goals, and your next horizon. You’ll know exactly what to expect going in.

Step 03. Your Full-Day Private Immersion

Six hours of protected, uninterrupted strategic thinking time — virtual or in person. Deep coaching, honest dialogue, real-time problem solving, and the kind of clarity-building questions that cut through to what actually matters.

Step 04. Written Summary + Insights

Step 05. 30-Day Follow-Up Session
